Lead System Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead to drive the design and development of robust backend systems. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in , hands-on experience with scalable microservices architectures, and a proven track record of leading backend development teams. This role demands strong technical leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality backend solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skill:
- 4+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with and associated frameworks (e.g., , NestJS).
- Expertise in building APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Good understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
