Position: Head - Administration Location : Bengaluru Job Details : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head - Administration to oversee and streamline the administrative operations of our Organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities while driving efficiency and excellence across the organization. We are looking for a candidate from Army Background (Retired Colonel).

Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Leadership:Manage day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Develop and implement policies to optimize resource utilization and compliance.2.

Facility Management:Oversee office spaces, building maintenance, equipment, and infrastructure for seamless functioning. Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely maintenance and procurement. Manage Company Guest and 3.

Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Implement workplace health, safety, and security measures.4. Budget Management:Plan and monitor budgets for administrative activities.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.5. Team & Stakeholder Management:Lead and mentor the administrative team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.6.

Crisis Management:Develop and execute contingency plans to address emergencies or disruptions. Key Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.30 years of experience in administration, Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams. Excellent knowledge of compliance, safety, and facility management.

Bangalore based candidates are Preferable. Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results under pressure.
