Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales based in Vishakhapatnam, with some flexibility for work from home. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team and manage all sales activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing sales data, and meeting sales targets. The Head of Sales will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Proven Team Management and leadership skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Ability to establish and maintain key client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
