Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head at Sohom Express Limited, located in West Bengal, India. The Cluster Head will oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned cluster, ensure efficient logistics and service delivery, manage staff, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow, handling customer queries, and implementing company policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Logistics Management and Operations skills
- Staff Management and Leadership skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Problem-Solving and Organizational skills
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art technology for track and trace, MIS, and ERP
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
