Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales for a portfolio of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) assigned to you.
  2. Advise IFAs on suitable mutual fund products tailored to their clients' needs.
  3. Build strong relationships with IFAs through one-on-one meetings, regular updates, and training sessions.
  4. Disseminate marketing materials such as fact sheets, brochures, and mailers to increase visibility and awareness.
  5. Provide regular updates on products, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure IFAs are well-informed.
  6. Service distributors by addressing their queries and ensuring timely resolution.
  7. Develop long-term relationships with key distributors to drive consistent business.
  8. Monitor competitor activity and strategize countermeasures to maintain market share.
  9. Organize events, conferences, and training sessions for IFAs to promote brand recall and knowledge enhancement.
  10. Collaborate with distributors to enhance their soft skills in communication and client interaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must have a core background in Mutual Funds with experience in Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or Fund Houses.
  • Should possess strong B2B relationship management experience, particularly in managing IFAs.
  • Banking candidates will not be considered as they typically lack focused mutual fund knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished demeanor, and confident personality are a must.
  • Bold and proactive in managing distributor relationships and driving business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or related fields.
  • NISM certifications (if applicable) are preferred.
