About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in exhibition sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals within the exhibition and events industry. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel offshore and represent the company at global industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for domestic and international exhibitions.

Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and relationship management.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand client needs and present tailored exhibition packages and value propositions.

Collaborate with the marketing and event operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Participate in international exhibitions and meetings as required (offshore travel).

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in exhibition or event sales is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel internationally as part of the job role.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
