Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Presales Engineer, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the presales process which includes:

Designing and Suggesting Network Devices & Servers

Designing and Suggesting Wireless Network devices of different OEMs like Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.

Working with customers in understanding their requirements in terms Desktops/Servers/Storage/Wireless/VoIP etc.

Work with OEMs for Cyber Security Tools and Give demos to Clients

Understand new technical offerings, Practice internally and give demos to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Systems Engineering and Systems Design
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and System Administration
  • Strong Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in systems and network administration are a plus
