Job purpose
• Customer order management & Co-ordinate with different global plants of ZF for tracking the customer demands & schedule follow up. Prepare monthly reports for the market & ZF performance
Duties and responsibilities
• Collaborating with Key Account Manager (KAM) in formulating strategies, setting targets, and defining key performance indicators.
• Planning demands and schedules.
• Regularly holding customer meetings alongside the KAM.
• Preparing MIS reports for monthly review meetings to capture key performance indicators.
• Monitoring and analyzing market and vehicle trends in the assigned region.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing market insights for product strategy development.
• Visiting OEMs, customers, and sites to attend business and sales meetings.
• Promoting ZF products through customer interactions.
• Holding monthly meetings with every customer for relationship management.
• Maintaining close communication with customers during project ramp-up phases.
• Gathering information on customer demands and planning figures for the current year, and tracking production.
• Supporting business planning activities.
• Holding bi-weekly meetings with overseas stakeholders for project and demand updates.
• Attending local trade fairs and updating the technical and marketing departments on market information and trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engg. (Mechanical) or similar.
Experience :
Skills and abilities:
• Knowledge & work experience in Off-highway market
• Sales professional with relevant experience in B-B sales
• Hand on experience in Sales module of SAP
• Exposure of working with global teams
• Understanding of different cultures
• Proficiency in MS office tools
