Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our people-centric culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting HR Induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and policies.
  • Managing the complete onboarding process, including all joining formalities.
  • Coordinating and completing Background Verification (BGV) for new hires.
  • Facilitating NDA signing and ensuring proper introductions within the organization.
  • Handling employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
  • Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing payroll inputs and attendance management.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records on Google Docs and Google Drive.
  • Organizing and managing company events and celebrations.
  • Assisting in policy communication and implementation across the organization.
  • Managing exit formalities and ensuring a smooth offboarding experience.
  • Preparing and releasing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
