Job Description:

We seek a highly strategic and experienced Head of Hotel Development to join the dynamic team. This role involves leading the end-to-end hotel development and expansion process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth geographical market research to identify potential opportunities.

  • Sourcing and identifying potential partnerships and locations for new hotel projects.

  • Performing comprehensive feasibility studies to ensure the success of hotel projects.

  • Collaborating with the CEO to align and execute development strategies and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel development and expansion.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities

  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies.

  • Leadership experience and the ability to work closely with executive leadership.
