Job title: Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, maintaining the sales data (Excel/ERP), ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Salary:

Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 25,000

Requirements:

Gender : Female

Minimum Qualification: Diploma /Graduation.

Minimum experience: Fresher / 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
  • Sending mail for order enquiry.
  • Mailing price quotations.
  • Order status follow-ups.
  • Co-ordination with transportation staff for ensuring timely delivery of products to respective customer.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations
  • Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Solving customer query.
  • Grievance redressal.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Payment follow-ups.
