Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Urban Clothing, you will play a key role in bringing in new B2B clients, nurturing relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. You'll be the face of our brand, representing our commitment to quality, customisation, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify & acquire new B2B clients across industries: Corporates, Manufacturing Units, Hospitals, Hotels, Security Agencies, Schools & Institutes.


• Generate daily leads through field visits, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.


• Pitch Urban Clothing's product range: uniforms, boiler suits, scrubs, shirts, trousers, jackets, and custom institutional wear.


• Understand client requirements, take measurements when needed, and coordinate with the production team for sampling.


• Maintain & update sales pipeline, visit reports, and monthly targets.


• Ensure strong follow-ups with clients for quotations, approvals, and payments.


• Build long-term relationships and act as the point of contact for all client needs.


• Work closely with the design, cutting, production, finishing, and accounts teams.

Desired Candidate Profile


• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (uniforms/workwear industry is a BIG plus).


• Strong communication & negotiation skills.


• Target-oriented with a hunger to grow.


• Ability to understand fabrics, measurements, and manufacturing timelines (training will be provided).


• Well-presented, confident, and comfortable with client meetings.


• Must be willing to travel locally for client visits.
