About Us

NK Filter Fabrics is a 35+ year-old manufacturing company specializing in manufacturing
industrial filter bags and air filtration products
. We serve major OEMs, pharma, food, and chemical industries across India. Our focus is on quality manufacturing, technical expertise, and long-term client relationships.

We are now looking to
expand our reach
and onboard a driven individual who can independently bring in new business and open new markets for our filtration products.

Role Overview

We're looking for a
self-motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
with strong B2B or industrial sales experience — ideally in filters, industrial consumables, or engineering products.

Your job is simple:
bring in orders.

You'll identify leads, meet clients, understand their filtration requirements, and close deals.

This is a
field-oriented, performance-driven role
for someone who thrives on independence and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Meet existing and new customers across industrial zones and factories
  • Understand client requirements for filter bags, air filters, HEPA filters, and similar products
  • Coordinate with our production team to ensure smooth order execution
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B/industrial sales experience (filtration industry experience preferred)
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with
    travel across India
    for client visits and business development
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Background in engineering, mechanical, or industrial products is a plus
