Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
  • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
  • Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
  • Keeping the database maintained and updated.
  • Taking and processing orders accurately.
  • Preserve the companys reputation by handling grievances.
  • Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information

Desired Candidate Profile : (Immediate Joinee Only)

  • 3+ years of experience as a Tele-caller/ Tele-Sales Executive or any similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
  • Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
  • Efficient with Hindi and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.

Location: Bhiwandi

Age Between : 25 to 35 years

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : Min 3-6 years experience in Tele-caller/ Tele Sales Executive position

Salary Range : Lakh CTC pa

Immediate joining would be preferable
