A Typical Day as a Striven :

  • Documentation Creation & Refinement: Responsible for creating, refining, and reviewing various documentation types, including user guides, training resources, and the online community board.
  • Video Library Creation & Maintenance: Curate, produce, and maintain a comprehensive video library of product tutorials and feature overviews.
  • Quality & Consistency: Uphold quality standards and ensure documentation aligns with company brand and messaging.
  • Process Enhancement: Actively participate in improving documentation processes and related tools.
  • Intelligently Utilize Available AI Tools to supplement and assist with daily duties.

REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong understanding and application of the English language and principles of grammar
  • Experience with video recording/editing (preferably using Camtasia), basic HTML knowledge, and familiarity using WordPress
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and software, such as Google Docs, Canva, Snagit, Photoshop, etc. as well as familiarity with Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills- including grammar, syntax, and clarity
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible, and user-friendly documentation tailored to various audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and handle time-critical projects under pressure
  • High attention to detail and a flexible mindset to adapt to changing processes

PREFERRED:

  • Associate's Degree or relevant certifications, with a focus on technical writing, video editing, or web development through platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or FreeCodeCamp
  • Proficiency with a variety of software, including WordPress, basic HTML, and tools like Camtasia, Snagit, Audiate, and Canva, as well as having experience with Accounting, CRM, ERP, and/or Project Management platforms.
