Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire Sales and Business Development team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Knowledge of building and managing franchise businesses
  • Drive corporate relations and industrial relations strategies to build strong partnerships and networks.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor business development plans to expand market presence.
  • Handle high-level negotiations and maintain key corporate accounts.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver consistent performance and achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Generate business intelligence and market insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups; travel as required for business meetings and relationship management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in Corporate/Industrial Relations at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in managing and motivating large teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Open to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
