Front Desk (Reception) Manager MDRC (Sector 40, Gurugram) Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre (MDRC), a trusted name in diagnostics for 40 years, is looking for a Front Desk Manager to lead our reception operations at our Sector 40, Gurgaon location.
Role Overview You will be the face of MDRC managing patient walk-ins, ensuring smooth registration & billing, handling patient queries, and leading the reception team with efficiency, empathy, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities Supervise front desk team and daily reception operations. Ensure smooth patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and billing.
Maintain excellent patient communication and resolve queries. Coordinate with doctors, lab staff, and other departments for seamless service. Monitor attendance, shift scheduling, and discipline of front office staff. Ensure compliance with MDRCs SOPs and service quality standards. Maintain accurate records and daily reporting.
Requirements Graduate (Hospitality / Healthcare background preferred). Minimum 35 years' experience in healthcare front desk / patient care / reception management. Strong communication (English & Hindi), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and hospital/clinic management software. Ability to handle high patient flow with calmness and professionalism. Location MDRC – Sector 40, Gurugram
