Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate has strong skills in sales and digital outreach, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies for lead generation.
- Engage prospects through messaging, content sharing, and networking.
- Manage client communication, negotiations, and requirements.
- Track performance of outreach campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong command of LinkedIn for networking and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
