Job Profile: Customer Support Executive (Chat/Email Process)
- Process: Customer Support – Handling customer queries and concerns via chat and email channels.
- Salary: ₹15,000 (in-hand per month).
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
- Work Days: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Location: Bengaluru, SHR Road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer queries through chat and email.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products/services.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple chats/emails efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
