Role Overview:

As a Telecaller – Sales Coordination Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You will handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and schedule site visits for our solar consultants. This role suits individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to grow in the renewable energy industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries and call prospective customers interested in solar installations.
  • Qualify leads based on home type, energy consumption, and installation feasibility.
  • Book site visits and assign them to the respective field sales executives.
  • Build rapport with customers, answer basic queries, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead records in CRM.
  • Follow up with warm or unresponsive leads to maximize visit conversion.
  • Share customer insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

  • 1–6 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (solar or real estate preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Energetic, confident, and persuasive with a customer-first mindset.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth sales environment.
  • Familiarity with solar energy, home improvement, or capital goods sales.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
