We are looking for a **proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller** to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role involves contacting leads, explaining our property offerings, and scheduling site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database
- Explain project details clearly and persuasively
- Schedule property site visits and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain records of calls and update lead information
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in real estate telecalling is a plus
