**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and converting leads into sales. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls **to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
- Achieve and exceed **sales targets** on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain and update records of interactions with leads for reviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Attend meetings, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with company offerings and market developments.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (experience in digital marketing sales is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of clients.
- Persuasive and result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
