We are now inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate IP Consultant at our Noida-based office.

Job Title: Associate IP Consultant

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Purpose of the Job:

The primary task of this role is preparing responses to Examination reports of various jurisdictions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Drafting responses to the objections raised by the Patent Offices
  • Understanding technical disclosures across technical domains
  • Conducting technical research and establishing a comprehensive understanding of a range of subject areas
  • Develop Europe, US, UK, and Indian patent prosecution skills
  • Perform other tasks or participate in other projects as required

Interfaces:

  • To work closely with the attorneys and inventors based in US/Europe/India
  • To interact occasionally with external consultants
  • To handle any other reasonable task as specified by management/ manager
Requirements
  • B. Tech in ECE, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IPR
  • Knowledge of prosecution process of at least one jurisdiction among USPTO, EPO, and Indian Patent Office.
  • Proficiency in spoken/written English
