Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Business Consultant to join our Strategy & Advisory team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in business analysis, market research, and strategic planning, with hands-on experience in client engagement and data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving complex business problems and driving measurable impact across B2B and B2C sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to support client-specific strategy development.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like Excel and SQL to uncover actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts through lead generation, outreach optimization, and client engagement.
  • Enhance digital presence through SEO strategies and content management.
  • Participate in primary research activities including interviews and field studies.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-building and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (BBA-IT preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or business development roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media management is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team settings.
