Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Associate, located in Noida. The Patent Associate will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, and providing legal advice on patent law and intellectual property matters. Day-to-day tasks include drafting patent documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Patent Associate will work closely with senior attorneys, participate in IP litigation, and support the firm's overall IP strategy.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 yrs experience in Patent Preparation and Patent Applications
  • immediate joining
  • Knowledge of Patentability and Patent Law
  • Strong understanding of Intellectual Property concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Registered Patent Agent in India is a plus
