Job Overview:

As an Assistant Manager you will be the bridge between our agency and leading brands building

relationships, crafting pitch-worthy ideas, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns

from start to finish. If you're a smooth talker with a creative streak, a knack for Canva, and a

love for all things media, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategize and execute innovative content-led campaigns for top brands.

● Own the client relationship from the first "hello" to final execution.

● Ideate and present creative solutions that align with client goals.

● Use Canva to bring visual ideas to life and support pitch decks.

● Stay on top of trends in content, advertising, and social media.

● Work cross-functionally with creative and operations teams to deliver results.

● Consistently meet or exceed performance and revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development, brand acquisition, or a similar role. Freshers will not be considered.

● Should be confident, fluent, and persuasive in both written and verbal interactions.

● Must be a smooth talker who can build rapport easily and handle client conversations with ease.

● Should be comfortable creating pitch decks, presentations, and visual mockups (Proficiency in Canva is a must)

● Should be able to contribute fresh ideas that are also well-executed.

● Genuine interest in advertising, branded content, and digital media

● Up-to-date with social media trends, understands what's working on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc., and can apply that knowledge.

● Target-driven mindset , self-motivated, ambitious, and able to meet or exceed business goals.
