Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support team members in administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee files.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹250,000.00 per month
