Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support team members in administrative tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee files.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹250,000.00 per month
