Role & Responsibilities :

  2. Developing and Implementing Procedures: Creating and improving office procedures, policies, and systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  3. Managing Office Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and procurement of supplies.

  4. Coordinating Activities: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating various office activities to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  6. Managing Budgets and Expenses: Assisting with budgeting, managing expenses, and allocating resources effectively.

  7. Providing Support: Providing administrative support to other departments and senior management.

  8. Maintaining Records: Managing and maintaining office records and documents.

  9. Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  10. Report Preparation: Preparing reports and presentations for upper management
