Role & Responsibilities :
Supervising Administrative Staff: Hiring, training, and managing administrative staff (e.g., receptionists, clerks, administrative assistants).
Developing and Implementing Procedures: Creating and improving office procedures, policies, and systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Managing Office Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
Coordinating Activities: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating various office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Managing Budgets and Expenses: Assisting with budgeting, managing expenses, and allocating resources effectively.
Providing Support: Providing administrative support to other departments and senior management.
Maintaining Records: Managing and maintaining office records and documents.
Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Report Preparation: Preparing reports and presentations for upper management

* Strong leadership and management skills.
