Essential Job Duties
Assist managers with everyday tasks (eg, implementing new policies)
Provide administrative support (eg, record keeping policy documentation etc.)
Participate in Sabudh's strategic planning
Sabudh Intern Performance Tracking (eg, writing reports, analysing data, maintaining dashboard etc)
Create and give presentations on different aspects related to internships
Coordination with all teams working on various Sabudh projects Assist and support team with escalating requests to mentors
Ensure smooth, clear and concise stakeholder communication
Ability to manage metrics, and capacity planning
Thinking strategically and taking proactive stance
Ability to positively influence team members, and a bias toward action that empowers your team to deliver
Other administrative duties as needed
Required Criteria
Master of Business Administration (in any specialization)
1-years of work experience in management or similar relevant field
Advanced MS Word/PowerPoint GSuite skills & proficient in MS Office
Strong written and spoken English language skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
