Operations associates help facilitate the day-to-day operations of organizations. They work under the supervision of operations managers, and they perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents, preparing reports, maintaining internal databases, processing requests, and coordinating between the departments.
- Creates daily reports
- Provides real-time assistance
- Performs routine admin tasks
- Identifies opportunities for operations improvements
- Ensures deliverables are met
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Preparation of MIS Report

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude towards work, flexible and attention to details
- Must have proficiency in MS Excel and MS-Word.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Responsible and dedicated to customer service
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:
