Receptionist and telecaller

We are looking for energetic and confident Receptionists & Telecallers to join our team at MSR Developers, one of Vijayawada's trusted real estate companies.

If you have good communication skills and a passion for customer handling and telecalling, this is the right place for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Explain open plot project details to clients.
• Generate leads and schedule site visits.
• Maintain follow-up calls and update CRM records.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients at the front office.
• Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for client updates.
• Maintain front desk records, appointment lists, and office communication.

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Telugu and English (Hindi is an advantage).
• Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
• Convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Real estate telecalling experience preferred (freshers also welcome).
