**Requirements and skills**:

- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role.
- Answering calls and follow-ups resolving queries about our services.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent communications skills English,Hindi & Telugu.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Track record of over-achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
