About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about sales, client interaction, and business growth. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for business development are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic online research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.88 per month
