Job Title: Admission Officer

Location: Kalammassery

Salary: 20K - 25K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Counsel and guide prospective students and parents regarding academic programs.
  • Respond to admission-related queries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate and participate in admission events, open houses, and counseling sessions.
  • Maintain admission records and prepare periodic reports.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Achieve admission targets set by the institution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student services preferred.
  • Ability to handle student inquiries with patience and professionalism.
