Business Development Executive

Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving admissions for training programs and generating client/candidate leads for the recruitment division. This role focuses on building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and institutions, while ensuring smooth coordination between telemarketing, admissions, and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Convert leads generated by telemarketing executives, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins into admissions or recruitment closures.
- Conduct face-to-face/virtual counseling sessions for candidates regarding training programs, fees, schedules, and career prospects.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
2. Client & Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, job seekers, and client companies.
- Act as the point of contact for employers requiring recruitment services and candidates seeking overseas job opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of candidate satisfaction by providing clear guidance and updates throughout the process.
3. Business Development Activities
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships with hospitals, institutions, colleges, and training providers.
- Visit colleges and attend education/job fairs to promote training programs and recruitment services.
- Support management in expanding market reach and brand presence in Cochin and other locations.
4. Coordination & Teamwork
- Work closely with Telemarketing Executives to ensure quality leads are properly nurtured and converted.
- Coordinate with Admissions Officers for smooth candidate onboarding into training programs.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure timely document collection, interview scheduling, and client updates.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to the Branch Manager/Operations Manager on performance and targets achieved.
- Share market insights, competitor activities, and candidate feedback with management.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Malayalam & English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in training, education, or recruitment sector).
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
- Good networking, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in Business/Marketing/HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development/educational counseling.
- Prior experience in training institute admissions or recruitment industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
