Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused
Client Success Manager
to manage end-to-end client relationships, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies with internal teams.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and expectations to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with creative, performance, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and present insights along with strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to enhance client value.
  • Handle escalations professionally and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure client renewals and retention through consistent performance and ROI delivery.
  • Support additional responsibilities assigned by management when aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising channels — digital ads, SEO, social media, content, branding, etc.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation confidence.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and marketing projects concurrently.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or digital advertising environment (preferred).
