Role Overview

We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager
who can deliver a white-glove experience to our
High-Net-Worth clients
, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive engagement, and long-term satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the
    primary relationship manager
    for HNI/UHNI clients post-sales.
  • Coordinate with compliance and ops for smooth onboarding under
    LRS/GIFT City
    .
  • Educate clients about portfolio structures, risk, and performance dashboards.

P
ortfolio Engagement & Reporting

  • Collaborate with investment teams to deliver
    portfolio reviews and insights
    .
  • Communicate performance and market intelligence in a client-friendly way.
  • Identify opportunities for
    upselling and cross-selling
    based on client goals.

Client Retention & Success

  • Ensure high
    client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
    through consistent communication.
  • Drive renewals, retention, and AUM growth across assigned accounts.
  • Act as the client's voice internally to enhance service delivery.

Events & Education

  • Host exclusive
    client briefings, webinars, and roundtables
    with CIOs and experts.
  • Strengthen 9Point Capital's premium client community and referral ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years
    in Wealth Management / PMS / Private Banking / AIF / Digital Assets.
  • Proven experience handling
    HNI & UHNI clients
    with ₹1Cr+ portfolios.
  • Strong financial acumen — ETFs, markets, and ideally exposure to crypto assets.
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and reporting tools.
  • NISM / financial certifications preferred.
