Role Overview
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) specializing in Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and Invoice Management to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. The CSM will serve as a trusted advisor—helping clients optimize their AP workflows, manage supplier invoicing, and achieve measurable outcomes using dSilo's spend analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-implementation, focusing on AP and invoice-related modules.
- Partner with clients to understand business goals, AP processes, and invoice lifecycle challenges, ensuring successful platform adoption.
- Drive value realization by analyzing spend, payment cycles, and supplier performance through actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data, Engineering) to resolve client issues, enhance user experience, and prioritize feature enhancements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present reports on KPIs such as invoice cycle time, payment accuracy, and savings opportunities.
- Provide training and enablement for customer teams to ensure effective use of dSilo solutions.
- Monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and renew and grow relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a voice of the customer internally, advocating for AP and procurement process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Procurement Operations, or Accounts Payable in a SaaS or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment workflows, vendor management, and procurement ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, SAP, Ariba, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into business outcomes and ROI.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving measurable value through SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI/analytics capabilities into clear business value for clients.
- Understanding of AP and procurement KPIs (DPO, spend under management, invoice cycle time, early payment discounts).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (strategic sourcing, category management, contract management, supplier risk, etc.).
- MDM,Data Governance and Taxonomy design
Nice to Have
- Experience with spend analytics or contract intelligence tools.
- Prior exposure to AI or automation-driven procurement solutions.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Identify the value leakages and support customers in savings the potential amounts through cost avoidance and/or EBITDA opportunities
