We are scaling quickly and are looking for a customer-focused CSM who can help our clients fully adopt and realize measurable value from our platform.

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager, Commercial to partner closely with customers throughout onboarding, rollout, and ongoing value realization. You will build strong relationships, support adoption, review and interpret data-driven insights, and ensure customers achieve meaningful commercial outcomes with our AI solutions.

This role is a fit for someone who is confident working with commercial data (pricing, contract, procurement, or revenue-related), comfortable using Excel or BI tools to understand trends, and able to present insights back to customers in a clear, structured way.

What Youll Do

  • Own post-sale customer relationships across assigned accounts

    • Lead onboarding, training, rollout, and ongoing product adoption

    • Review and interpret platform outputs to help customers understand risks, savings, and revenue opportunities

    • Perform light data analysis in Excel or BI tools to support customer value summaries and business reviews

    • Monitor usage and surface opportunities to expand product impact

    • Collect structured feedback and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the platform

    • Prepare business reviews, performance updates, and recommendations to stakeholders

    • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales

    • Coordinate internal project activities to ensure smooth delivery and customer experience

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Commercial / Revenue Operations

    • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-stakeholder customers

    • Comfort working with data (Excel / Sheets proficiency required; exposure to BI or SQL is a plus)

    • Ability to interpret commercial or operational data and explain insights clearly

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business stakeholders

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving follow-through

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage SaaS environment

    • Interest in AI and data-driven value creation
