Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a strong background in procurement, spend analytics, and contract intelligence. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring they maximize value from dSilo's platform and analytics solutions.

The CSM will work closely with procurement leaders, analysts, and contract managers to drive adoption, identify business opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership & Success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, focusing on long-term relationship management and account growth.
  • Understand client procurement strategies, spend categories, and contract landscapes to align dSilo's solutions /Agents with their business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs, ROI, and value realization.
  • Adoption & Engagement
  • Drive onboarding, training, and user enablement across procurement and contract teams.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer feedback drives product enhancements.
  • Analytics & Insights Delivery
  • Interpret spend and contract analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, compliance gaps, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with clients to develop custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Translate data insights into strategic recommendations for sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams (Data, Development, and QA) to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless execution.
  • Support renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities through value-based conversations.
  • Drive complex recovery or compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Spend Analytics, Contract Management, or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with spend analytics tools, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), or procurement software (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business value.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Experience handling multiple portfolios

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS clients in procurement or analytics domain.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven procurement analytics or contract intelligence platforms.
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving orientation.
