Drive successful PACS implementations across hospitals and clinics. Own client relationships, manage deployments, and use data to prove ROI. Perfect for someone who loves solving problems at the intersection of technology and healthcare.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead end-to-end PACS implementations—from kickoff to go-live to optimization
• Be the primary point of contact for healthcare clients (radiologists, IT teams, administrators)
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear timelines and deliverables
• Build dashboards and reports in Excel/Metabase showing turnaround times, usage, and ROI
• Train hospital staff and ensure smooth adoption
• Work with engineering to relay client feedback and technical issues
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have
• Engineering/management degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or related)
• 2-4 years in software implementation/deployment for any SaaS product
• Client-facing experience—comfortable presenting to doctors and executives
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized
Nice to Have
• Interest or experience in healthcare IT
• Familiarity with DICOM/HL7 standards (we'll teach you)
• Experience with medical imaging or radiology workflows
