Position: Procurement & Supply Chain Executive / Operations ExecutiveExperience: 2–3 YearsLocation: Pune (On-site)Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Executive / Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:Raise POs for machines, raw materials, and components. Understand technical specifications of electronic/mechanical parts.
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and deliveries. Negotiate prices and finalize supply terms. Manage documentation for imports, exports, BOE, and shipments.
Maintain stock records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Plan production and dispatch schedules based on demand. Ensure documentation compliance for inventory and transactions.
Collaborate with accounts for invoice and payment processing. Requirements:Education: MBA in Operations / BE in Electronics / DMEExperience: 2–3 years in procurement/supply chain (electronics preferred)Key Skills:Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components
Experience in import/export documentation and logistics
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
