**Role Description**
Key purpose of the role is to keep track of ordering, Inventory & reconciliation of discrepancies, manage supplies with effective vendor coordination. Feed for production line for optimum capacity utilization.
We’re looking for self-motivated, talented, and result oriented person to own the responsibility for smooth running of plant with optimized inventory & distribution requirement planning. You will support all aspects of supply chain management, MRP, DRP, boosting ITR & vendor delivery ratings.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Generate & release purchase order to vendors.
- Maintain records to purchasing documents i.e. RFQ, Quotations, Purchase order & price comparison,
- Material planning, delivery Scheduling & follow up.
- To plan for weekly / daily delivery schedules for vendors & tracking deliveries.
- Arranging Zero defect products according to safety standard.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure RM & PM availability.
- Review Min, Max & ROL for in line with Material requirement planning.
- Reconciliation of discrepancies in inventory & notifies supervisor for irregularities.
- Monitor & maintain current inventory level, processes purchase order, Track deliveries, records purchase.
- Coordination with cross function teams i.e., Purchase, production, Store, Quality & warehouse.

**What will you bring to the team**
- An Engineering / Science Graduate with equivalent experience
- Experience of 2 - 5 years on a range of Supply Chain & Logistics in an international manufacturing setup.
- Understanding of documents i.e. COA, MSDS, COO etc.
- Experience in Vendor management, Scheduling, delivery coordination.
- Hands of experience with SAP/ERP. (Procurement to pay process)
- Maintaining controlled documents for audit
- Ability to work in Matrix Orgnization.
