Sales Coordinator
to join our team and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team to streamline daily activities and ensure timely execution of sales processes. Manage customer inquiries, provide necessary follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Hospital sectors. Generate, update, and maintain accurate
Daily Sales Reports (DSRs)
to monitor performance and progress. Utilize CRM tools (Odoo or equivalent) for tracking leads, managing data, and ensuring seamless communication within the sales cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, technical, and logistics, to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare detailed sales reports, analyze data trends, and support the sales team with actionable insights. Handle documentation, including quotations, invoices, and other client-related communications.
Qualifications Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields. Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Hospital industry.
Skills and Competencies Proficiency in
CRM tools
for sales tracking and lead management (knowledge of Odoo is a plus). Advanced expertise in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide strategic insights. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
