**B2B CRM & Sales Coordinator**

**Location**: Sector 62, Gurugram

Jack Martin is looking for a **highly organized and proactive B2B CRM & Sales Coordinator** to join our team If you have experience in **B2B sales support, client relationship management, and sales coordination**, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Handle the end-to-end process of B2B orders, from receipt to fulfillment.
- Ensure timely invoicing, shipment tracking, and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for seamless execution.

**Sales Team Support**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales reports, and KPI tracking.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up on business development opportunities to ensure smooth execution.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Update CRM systems and track customer interactions.

**Channel Partner Coordination**:

- Support B2B channel partners with product information, pricing, and order updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns and maintain strong partnerships.

**Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data, track trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Generate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams for aligned B2B activities.
- Assist in product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Experience**: 3-8 years in B2B sales coordination, CRM, or sales support.
✔ **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
✔ **Skills**: Client relationship management, B2B sales support, CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), strong communication & multitasking abilities.
✔ **Preferred**: Experience in the consumer electronics or home audio industry.
