**Job Requirements**

1. Order Processing:

- Receive and process customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Customer Communication:

- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any other relevant information.

3. Sales Support:

- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Generate reports on sales activities and performance.

5. Logistics and Shipping:

- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to arrange timely deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.

6. Administrative Tasks:

- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation.
- Handle routine administrative tasks to support the sales department.

7. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to replenish stock.
- Update inventory records and assist in managing product availability.

8. Sales Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary support.
- Facilitate communication and information flow within the sales department.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software’s. Having technical
- background would be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
