Office 365 Administration

Responsibilities


• 6+ yrs exp working in IT. Minimum 5+ yrs relevant exp / working as O365 admin.


• Administer and maintain Office 365 services and applications.


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.


• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.


• Implement security policies and ensure compliance.


• Provide technical support and training to end-users.


• Coordinate with IT teams for integration and migration projects.


• Stay updated on Office 365 updates and best practices.


• Automate tasks using PowerShell and other tools.


• Document configurations, procedures, and changes.


• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Requirements


• Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and applications.


• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.


• Familiarity with identity management and security protocols.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other equivalent degree is preferred.


• Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
