Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead - M365/Office 365. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services. Daily tasks include managing user support, ensuring security compliance, implementing updates, and training staff on M365 features. The Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in Accounting
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus
