Inside Sales Executive_Manufacturing Industry

- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, offering post-sales support when necessary.
- Sales Activities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Prepare accurate quotes and pricing for customers, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide consultations and offer appropriate solutions to clients based on their manufacturing needs.
- Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with the external sales team to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, tracking sales performance and forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry trends is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of product categories such as machinery, industrial equipment, or raw materials.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and provide consultative sales solutions.
- Competitive base salary plus commission.

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
