
Customer Relationship Executive

· Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler options.
· Explain product details, pricing, and financing options clearly and effectively.
· Coordinate with the sales and operations team for vehicle availability and test rides.
· Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads to drive conversions.
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to inquiries and follow-ups.
· Ensure showroom hygiene, branding, and display standards are maintained.
· Support post-sale customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and feedback collection.
· Manage documentation support for vehicle delivery (RC transfer, insurance, etc.) in coordination with the operations team.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
· Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, showroom sales, or retail (automotive experience preferred).
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
o Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Language: Proficiency in English and local language (Tamil/Kannada) and Hindi
